Denny Tatman, Lead Pastor
Denny has served in vocational ministry since 1995. He and his wife & daughter, along with an incredible group of individuals, founded MCV in 2002. In his several years of ministry Denny has served as a church planting coach, led numerous small groups, worship leader, associate pastor, and senior pastor. He received his BTh from International Seminary, studied counseling with Trinity University, is a member of the American Assoc. of Christian Counselors and is a Certified Brain Health Coach. Denny has served on short-term missions trips in Turkey, Central Asia, and with disaster relief teams.
Denny enjoys being outdoors, reading, and a good cup of coffee. His driving forces are reaching the lost for God, equipping others, and seeing people restored to their right place in Christ.
Doug Huff, Associate Pastor
Doug has been a pastor with MCV since 2007. He is a life-long resident of London, Ohio. He attended Otterbein College where he received his BA in Public Relations and Business in 1989. While attending Otterbein, Doug met his wife, Kylee. They have two adult children. Since joining the Vineyard, Doug has embarked on several mission trips, including two to the former Soviet Union, Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, and Appalachia.
At the Vineyard, in addition to occasional Sunday teachings, Doug oversees our Video Department and Building & Grounds. He also loves sports of all kinds, especially if it is his son playing football.
Cindy Taylor, Missions & Outreach Pastor
Cindy came on staff at MCV in 2006. Since the beginning, MCV has had an outward, missional focus. Cindy coordinates all mission trips, trains up mission teams, and oversees Kindness Ministries and local outreach. Most of our outreaches are geared to meet a practical need while sharing the gospel. Cindy has been married to her awesome husband Lenhard since 1988. They have two grown children. She attended OSU and has a B.S. in both Agronomy and Journalism, and was a member of Intervarsity Christian Fellowship.
Cindy enjoys travel, playing with her sheepdog, and free time with her granddaughter. She looks forward to meeting new people and getting them involved on the mission field, local OR global!
Madison Nagel, Treasurer
Madison has been in the Vineyard since her teenage years, and she strongly believes in putting God and family first. She feels called to follow in the steps of generations before her who led Christ-devoted lives and wants to pass on that way of life to her children. She has an Associates Degree of Science, and has an amazing husband and two adorable daughters.
Madison loves COFFEE, a good card game, and helping people look their best, but her passion is the blessing of being a mom.
Lori Tatman, Admin.
Lori has been with MCV since its inception. She enjoys organizing the behind-the-scenes details. She assists staff members and volunteers, oversees general office work, and has participated in short-term missions trips in other countries. She attended Columbus College of Art & Design, has been happily married to Denny since 1985, and they have one adult daughter and son-in-law.
Lori has a strong interest in guiding people to recognize and grow in their spiritual gifts. Her hobbies include spending time in the woods, cooking, and nearly any activity that involves pizza.
