Denny Tatman, Lead Pastor
Denny has served in vocational ministry since 1995. He and his wife & daughter, along with an incredible group of individuals, founded MCV in 2002. In his several years of ministry Denny has served as a church planting coach, led numerous small groups, Christian counselor, worship leader, associate pastor, and senior pastor. He studied counseling with Trinity University, is a member of the American Assoc. of Christian Counselors and is a Certified Brain Health Coach. Denny has served on short-term missions trips in Turkey, Central Asia, and with disaster relief teams.
Denny enjoys being outdoors, reading, and a good cup of coffee. His driving forces are reaching the lost for God, equipping others, and seeing people restored to their right place in Christ.
Doug Huff, Associate Pastor
Doug has been a pastor with MCV since 2007. He is a life-long resident of London, Ohio. He attended Otterbein College where he received his BA in Public Relations and Business in 1989. While attending Otterbein, Doug met his wife, Kylee. They have two children. Since joining the Vineyard, Doug has embarked on several mission trips, including two to the former Soviet Union, Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, and Appalachia.
At the Vineyard, Doug oversees our Teens Ministry, Video Department, and Building & Grounds. He also loves sports of all kinds, especially if it is his son playing football.
Cindy Taylor, Missions & Outreach Pastor
Cindy came on staff at MCV in 2006. Since the beginning, MCV has had an outward, missional focus. Cindy coordinates all mission trips, trains up mission teams, and oversees Kindness Ministries and local outreach. Most of our outreaches are geared to meet a practical need while sharing the gospel. Cindy has been married to her awesome husband Lenhard since 1988. They have two grown children. She attended OSU and has a B.S. in both Agronomy and Journalism, and was a member of Intervarsity Christian Fellowship.
Cindy enjoys travel, playing with her sheepdog, and free time with her granddaughter. She looks forward to meeting new people and getting them involved on the mission field, local OR global!
Trent & Raina Daniels, Directors of Assimilation, Children’s Ministries
Trent and Raina are eager to help people build a relationship with Jesus. Through our Connections Ministry they hope to supply others with the needed tools to be restored through Christ so they can experience healthy relationships and community with others. Trent has an MBA from Ohio Dominican and currently works for DSCC as a Contract Specialist. Raina has her BA in Special Education, and Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. She taught Special Education for 9 years before becoming a stay-at-home-mom of 2 adorable kids and is currently our Director of Children’s Ministries. She also works part time as a manager in customer service.
Trent and Raina enjoy quality family time, outdoor activities, and lazy Saturdays watching movies. Through their gift of hospitality they seek to welcome everyone into community and help them find a place to belong.
Norma Maestas-Grapp, Treasurer
Norma has been with MCV since 2007. She considers it a privilege and a blessing to serve as the church’s treasurer. She graduated from Franklin University in 1998 with a degree in finance. She’s been married to her husband, Steve, since 1995 and they have one son. They live in London, Ohio.
Norma is into physical fitness and enjoys playing competitive games. She is thankful for her relationship with Christ and being a part of a community of believers who desire to see people restored.
Lori Tatman, Admin.
Lori has been with MCV since its inception. From the very beginning she enjoyed organizing the behind-the-scenes details it takes to “do church.” She is eager to assist staff members and volunteers, oversee general office work, and has participated in short-term missions trips. She attended Columbus College of Art & Design, has been happily married to Denny since 1985, and they have one adult daughter and son-in-law.
Lori has a strong interest in guiding people to recognize and grow in their spiritual gifts. Her hobbies include bird watching, cooking, and nearly anything that involves pizza.
