Denny Tatman, Senior Pastor
Denny has served in vocational ministry since 1995. He and his wife & daughter, along with an incredible group of individuals, founded MCV in 2002. In his several years of ministry Denny has served as a church planting advisor/coach, overseer of several small groups, Christian counselor, worship leader, associate pastor, and senior pastor. He studied counseling with Trinity University and is a member of the American Assoc. of Christian Counselors. Denny has served on short-term missions trips in Turkey, Central Asia, and with disaster relief teams.
His driving forces are reaching the lost for God, helping people recognize and grow in their spiritual gifts, and seeing people restored to their right place in Christ.

They have two grown children and one granddaughter.
Cindy completed her pastoral Biblical Studies supervised by Pastor Denny and attended OSU where she received a B.S. in both Agronomy and Journalism, and was a member of Intervarsity Christian Fellowship.
Matt Rees, Director of Assimilation
Matt desires to reach people for Jesus, whether it be through teaching, preaching, or writing/playing music. He has a real heart for reaching out to people, especially after God has molded him in the crucible of teaching in public school. Matt earned his B.S. in Education at Ohio University, and his masters in Language Acquisition at OSU. He also served in the Marines. He is currently a high school teacher in Westerville and lives in London with his wife of 17 years and has two sons.
He draws on life experiences and the love of his wife and family to serve. His desire is to equip people to not just simply walk closer to Jesus, but help them find their place in community as well.
